You can get them without names.

To put in the birth months and names, please go to "View My Cart".  Here you will find a box for "Order Special Instructions".  This is where you will customize your shirt.

Please list the birth months in the order you want them from left to right.  (Max is 5 for one row.  6+ will be put on 2 rows) For names on the sleeves, please also list them in order and please check spelling.

1. October, September, April

2. Logan, Landon, Lucas
